The company plans to increase the capital of German DA Company with self-raised funds, and participate in the bankruptcy reorganization of ICON Company and its related parties through its new subsidiary SGIA in the United States by purchasing effective assets. ICON was established in 2006 and is mainly engaged in the design, production and sales of carbon fiber light two-seat sports aircraft.
