Mr. YangmegafireblazerouletteliveHis resignation will take effect from May 18, 2024.

The Board further announced that Mr. Lai Xueming has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 18, 2024.
