Gronghui May 20 丨 China Huaxing (00485holdemstripem.HK) announced that on May 17, 2024, the company received a petition against the company's liquidation filed in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "Hong Kong High Court") on the same day. The petition was submitted by Qian Hui (the "petitioner")(for Bonds Bholdemstripem) with the purpose of winding up the company under the provisions of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong ("Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance"). The petition involves a total outstanding amount of HK$3,901,904.03 on Bond B and will be heard in the High Court at 10 am on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
